Pixar Story Spine

The Pixar story spine applies to the text we been examining because every text starts where a hero has to leave there comfort zone to save and return to there own world. Then when our hero returns home they come back with something special, like a reward. This either ends up in a relationship where two characters meet or where the hero gathers something they always wanted. But thats not the only thing. In most of the story's we read the hero comes back with fame. The city knows them for their great bravery.    The Epic of Gilgamesh follows the Pixar story Spine because Gilgamesh has a back story like many heroes in the video. Wall-e was a robot on earth trying to keep the world clean and is the only robot of his kind left on earth. Much like Wall-e Gilgamesh must keep his city safe from a flood by building walls to keep the water out. With most heroes they are unique and different from everyone else. Gilgamesh had his body designed by a goddess. This will make Gi...

Technology in the Classroom

Many students can benefit having a Ipad during school hours. For me i feel like this would be a great idea because it would take tons of weight off of my shoulders. I know i'm organized when it comes to technology so this would be a great improvement for me. I can get unorganized when it comes to text books and papers. Having all my information in one spot will help me a lot.    This will also change the way the classroom works as well. When you walk in, you sit down and wait for your homework to be collected. Instead your homework was already handed in over the internet. This would obviously lead to lessons being started faster. This could also benefit the students a lot because that time used to collect homework can be used to ask questions to understand the topic more. One of the very last sentences explain " Daniel Brenner, the Roslyn superintendent, said the iPads would also save money in the long run by reducing printing and textbook costs; the estimated sa...

amado's first blog

Amado Buffamante 9-12-18   I believe a hero is a person that makes a brave act and sacrifices their life to protect a large amount of people. After having certain conversations i believe Ironman is the biggest superhero to me. Watching him growing up gave me so much creativity. I used to always try to build his mansions in minecraft and draw him in with different colors in coloring books. My opinion on a hero didnt change that that much because both of my definitions explains how a hero protects the city and is brave against the villans.
